The creative association Dead Dynasty, in which Pharaoh is a member, was a member of the YungRussia movement, created by a musician from Ufa, Boulevard Depo.
From 6 to 13 years old, he played football professionally, played for the clubs Lokomotiv, CSKA and Dynamo. From 2002 to 2013, he studied at gymnasium № 1409. After that, he entered the Faculty of Journalism of Moscow State University, graduating in 2017. Musical tastes were formed under the influence of the music of Rammstein and Snoop Dogg, and to a lesser extent T.I.. In later interviews, he named Kurt Cobain, Marilyn Manson and Kid Cudi as his favorite musicians. Gleb made his first recordings at the studio of his friends.
For some time, Pharaoh was a member of the musical group Grindhouse. Gleb's first recording was the song "Cadillac", recorded at the studio of his friends at the end of 2013. The first fame came to the musician after the video for the song “Nothing has changed” was released in February 2014, followed by the mixtape “Wajet” in the spring. In August of the same year, Gleb also published a second mixtape, called "Phlora".
In the summer of 2015, the Dolor mixtape was released. Critics, according to whom Pharaoh and musicians like him are a mixture of Justin Bieber and Kurt Cobain, wrote that nothing stands behind the work of musicians, but music is the most relevant and in demand among young people. In the autumn of the same year, a joint mixtape between Pharaoh and i61, a member of the Ufa association Dopeclvb, was released under the name Rage Mode. According to the editors of the Rap.ru portal, Dolor entered the top twenty best albums of 2015.
It gains a new wave of popularity in the middle - the end of 2015, when the clips for the singles "Black Siemens" and "Champagne Squirt" began to be actively discussed on the Internet. Before the clip was removed, "Black Siemens" managed to collect about 10 million views on YouTube.
In April 2016, the first single of the same name from the new Phosphor mixtape was released, which became the announcement of the mixtape itself. In May, the second single called “Let's stay at home” was released, in the same month Gleb announced in his Twitter account that the new disc would have 18 tracks, and the release itself would take place in June. However, the mixtape was not released in June, and in early July, the rapper himself and several members of Dead Dynasty reported technical problems, due to which the release had to be briefly postponed.
On July 14, 2016, the Phosphor mixtape was released to the public. Colleagues from YungRussia took part in the disc, as well as Scryptonite, with whom Pharaoh already released a joint song at the end of last year.
On July 8, 2017, Pharaoh's fifth solo mixtape called Pink Phloyd was released, which included 14 songs and 1 bonus track - this is a remix of "Pornstar".
In late 2017-early 2018, it was planned to release a debut album in the genre of rock music
On February 3, 2018, Gleb announced the album on his Twitter page by posting an image with the word "REDRUM" scratched on the door and the caption "??.??.2018" to it. The image itself is a still from the cult film The Shining, based on the book by Stephen King by American and British filmmaker Stanley Kubrick. The inscription on the door is an inverted word MURDER, meaning "murder". On February 24, on his Twitter page, Pharaoh announced the final part of the tour, which took place from autumn to early winter 2017, and on March 4, Gleb announced the full list of cities. Concerts are to be held in Ukraine, Sweden, Czech Republic, Germany, Slovakia, Austria, Moldova, Belarus, Israel, Estonia and Latvia. The final concert of the tour is planned in Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania.
On August 24, 2018, he released his seventh mixtape Phuneral. The mixtape featured the single "Smart", released on August 8, 2018. The mixtape reached number 1 on the Apple Music chart in Russia and number 2 on the iTunes chart in Russia.
On March 27, 2020, he released the long-awaited debut studio album entitled "Правило"(The Rule - eng) This is the longest time interval between Gleb's albums, which was a little over a year and a half.
