Glenn Dubin is an American philanthropist, entrepreneur, and businessman; and the principal of Dubin & Co, a private investment company based in New York, with investments in both private and publicly traded companies. His investments focus on early-stage biotech companies that address unmet medical needs, as well as early and late stage growth companies.
Mr. Dubin co-founded Highbridge Capital Management LLC, an alternative asset management company in 1992. In 2009, Highbridge was acquired by JP Morgan Asset Management, and Mr. Dubin remained to oversee the transition.
Mr. Dubin is a founder and former board chair of the Robin Hood Foundation, a philanthropic organization in New York that applies investment principles to charitable giving. He is a board member of Mount Sinai Medical Center, where he and his wife, Eva Andersson-Dubin, MD, established the Dubin Breast Center, a leading institution for breast cancer research and clinical care. He is also a board member and executive committee member of the Museum of Modern Art.
