GoFormz enables users to digitize their business paper forms and manual record-keeping.
GoFormz was founded in 2012 in San Diego, California. In March of 2015, the company raised $3M in a round of Series A funding from Cloud Apps Capital Partners and FLOODGATE, with Cloud Apps Capital Partners’ Matt Holleran joining the GoFormz board in conjunction. Lesley Young of Box also served as an independent board member. In 2017, GoFormz raised additional funding and was awarded a patent for Document Digitization Technology. In March 2017, Record360 a provider of asset documentation software, has partnered with GoFormz.
GoFormz develops mobile business productivity software that lets users digitize their paper forms, capture form data electronically, and generate reports. The electronic forms look like the original paper forms, but can also contain additional functionality like GPS maps, images, e-signatures, and auto-calculated fields.
The product consists of two main components:
- Mobile apps for Windows, iOS and Android devices, where users can fill out forms.
- A web application where users can manage their documents and accounts, including accessing their form data, creating new forms, automating business workflows, and generating reports.
GoFormz uses a software as a service (SaaS) delivery model, allowing customers to purchase its software via a monthly subscription. The company uses a tiered freemium pricing model, offering a limited version of the software for free, and several paid versions with additional features at different price tiers.
GoFormz also provides an API that lets users integrate GoFormz with other systems, as well as a number of ready-to-use integrations with technology partners like ServiceMax, Box, Zapier and Record360. GoFormz customers come from many different industries (e.g. construction, telecom and retail) and include both small businesses and Fortune 500 companies.
