Group DF

General information. "Group DF" ("The Firtash Group of Companies") is a private international group of companies whose interests and assets are concentrated in such areas as energy, chemical industry, energy infrastructure and real estate.

Among the companies controlled by "Group DF", the following play a key role:

- "Centragas AG" (in turn, owns 50% of the shares of the Swiss gas distribution and gas trading company "RosUkrEnergo");

- "EMFESZ" (Hungarian gas trading company and energy service provider);

- Austrian company "Zangas" (specializes in the construction of gas infrastructure);

- "OSTCHEM Holding AG" (combines a group of chemical enterprises that produce mineral fertilizers, organic acids, titanium dioxide and soda ash).
