H. H. Asquith

H. H. Asquith was a prominent British politician, diplomat, barrister, and lawyer . Born in Morley, West Yorkshire on December 9, 1852 , Asquith enjoyed an extensive education, attending Balliol College, Oxford , City of London School , Fulneck School , and City Law School .

Throughout his career, Asquith held British citizenship and ultimately passed away in Sutton Courtenay on February 15, 1928 .

H. H. Asquith also contributed significantly to British politics by founding the Independent Liberal Party (UK, 1918) . His family included six children: Elizabeth Bibesco , Raymond Asquith , Anthony Asquith , Violet Bonham Carter , Cyril Asquith, Baron Asquith of Bishopstone , and Arthur Asquith .
