Hammer Team

Hammer Team Digital, known as "Hammer Team," is a Cham, Switzerland-based growth accelerator and the investment vehicle of entrepreneur, executive, and investor Ariel Luedi. Hammer Team was founded in 2014 and invests in software companies during startup and growth phases. Hammer Team provides its companies with venture capital, as well as expertise in different areas essential to business growth, including sales operations, product management, customer success, finance, legal, tax, and marketing and branding. Hammer Team provides a platform for companies to communicate openly, leverage synergies, and find new ways of solving challenges. Hammer Team Digital is based out of the Chupferstrecki ("Hammer Forge") estate, built in in 1690 on the banks of the Lorze river in Cham, and owned and operated by Ariel Luedi and his wife, Eliane Luedi.
