Harpoon Ventures is a San Diego-based venture capital fund that invests in commercially focused enterprise start-ups that have a dual-use application in the federal market. Industries in which the firm invests include aerospace, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, new space, and telecommunications. Harpoon considers both software and hardware plays, from Seed through Series B.
