Henry Lehrman (born April 21, 1886, in Vienna, Austria-Hungary) was an actor, film director, film producer, and screenwriter. He held citizenship in both the United States and Austria-Hungary. Lehrman was the founder of L-KO Kompany, a film production company.
Lehrman directed numerous films during his career, including "Making a Living", "Between Showers", "Kid Auto Races at Venice", "Help! Help! Hydrophobia!", and "The Gangsters". His other directorial works include "Passions, He Had Three", "For the Love of Mabel", "Professor Bean's Removal", "Two Old Tars", and "The Woman Haters".
Lehrman continued to direct several more films such as "Cupid in a Dental Parlor", "The Bangville Police", "Why He Gave Up", "Sailor Izzy Murphy", "The Villain Foiled", "Why Sailors Go Wrong", "For Ladies Only", "Husbands for Rent", "The Fighting Edge", and "Reported Missing".
Henry Lehrman passed away on November 7, 1946, in Los Angeles, California.
