Henry Miller (born December 26, 1891, in New York City; died June 7, 1980, in Pacific Palisades, Los Angeles) was an American novelist, essayist, correspondent, and painter. He was educated at City College of New York and was a United States citizen. Miller's literary works include novels, essays, and correspondence.
