ID Technologies is an information services and consulting company helping companies develop, deliver, and integrate solutions for government customers. The company was founded in 1988 and is headquartered in Ashburn, Virginia. ID Technologies was previously part of a company called Intelligent Decisions. Intelligent Decisions provided a broad range of IT professional services, software, hardware, and manufacturing solutions to the federal government.
In 2018, Intelligent Decisions was acquired by The Acacia Group, an investment firm. Once acquired, The Acacia Group split the former Intelligent Decisions into two standalone companies: ID Technologies, which contained the products business and partner technologies with supportive strategies for government agencies, and Applied Insight, which maintained the professional services businesses to help customers solve complex technology problems.
In January 2022, it was announced that CACI International had reached an agreement to acquire ID Technologies from The Acacia Group for a total purchase consideration of $225 million. The acquisition closed on December 29, 2021. As part of the acquisition, CACI said they would use ID Technologies to expand CACI's secure network modernization capabilities, and CACI would leverage the technology acquired to further their cloud, network, and end-user initiatives. John Mengucci, CACI President and CEO, speaking on the acquisition, said:

With ID Technologies, CACI can accelerate end-user mobility and the use of communication outside of secure government-run facilities using secure software-at-scale. The Arch Solution Suite is a software security toolkit that combines military-grade protection with commercial technology to create a series of secure resources that offer cloud connectivity around the world. The system is used to develop solutions for data transfers, communication, and related systems necessary to be deployed in the field while requiring increased security as demanded by government and defense agencies.
ID Technologies' Archon Solution Suite is part of their Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) provision program. The company has been a part of the CSfC program as a trusted integrator since 2019. A trusted integrator, as the name suggests, supports the implementation of capability packages and related components to meet and ensure secured and proper functionality.
ID Technologies provides integrated product solutions, delivering infrastructure and connection tools to help users develop on-premise or cloud solutions. ID Technologies' integrated solutions include various compute solutions, including end-user compute solutions, a variety of form factors to meet the requirements of any agency, and other services, such as logistics, configuration, and deployment, to get those devices into the hands of the correct people. The company also offers accelerated compute solutions, including in-network deployment and storage technologies and disaggregated or composable accelerating computing to retrofit existing environments.
ID Technologies also delivers wireless solutions, including deploying reliable and secure wireless networks to help users with their productivity. They can be deployed in static workplaces or mobile and hostile working environments. These networks include LTE or WiFi networks capable of working in unique environments, such as historic buildings, military facilities, and warehouses.
