For leaders of complex organizations, getting people, systems and processes aligned and rowing together toward the finish line is a challenge. IT Cadre’s VisionEveryWare (ViEW) is an innovative software solution that assists senior leaders with alignment and execution of their strategy and vision. ViEW is accomplished in three stages. In Stage 1 Team-Sourcing, once a leader is comfortable with a draft Current State, Future State or Roadmap, IT Cadre will make ViEW available via URL (TBD in Phase I and II) to as broad a set of stakeholders as the leader wants. ViEWers will first see the whole picture, next the siloes and segments, then how they depend on one another, and finally, their neighborhood in the larger map. ViEWers can provide feedback on what’s there, what’s missing, what’s in the wrong place, and why their comments are important. ViEWers can also identify workflows ripe for Robotic Process Automation (RPA). In Stage 2 Deep Alignment, IT Cadre will make an updated ViEW available as broadly as the client directs for the express purpose of stakeholder communication. ViEW helps leaders and implementers see the enterprise the same way so shared understanding, agreement and commitment are possible. Finally, in Stage 3 Observe & Update, IT Cadre will send periodic reminders to ViEWers to look again and provide feedback to update the future state, roadmap or other visualization based on new information.
