Ichor Therapeutics is a privately held vertically integrated pre-clinical contract research organization based in LaFayette, New York. It broadly focuses on the study of aging and aging pathways. Auctus Biologics

A pre-clinical biotechnology company that develops antibody mimetics for therapeutic and diagnostic applications. It's main product is the RPtag, an antibody mimetic scaffold based on a ribose-binding protein from the extremophile Caldanaerobacter subterraneus. Founded in 2018, the company is pursuing targets in extreme anatomical environments like the gut, where antibodies cannot be used.

Lysoclear

A pre-clinical biotechnology company that develops enzyme therapies for eye disease. The company is developing leads to treat atrophic 'dry' age-related macular degeneration (AMD) and Stargardt's macular degeneration (SMD). Lysoclear is a recombinant enzyme product that is able to selectively localize to the lysosomes of RPE (retinal pigmental epithelial) cell death where toxic vitamin A aggregates accumulate, and destroy them. It operates identically to existing LSD (lysosomal storal disease) therapies, but instead of replacing defective enzymes, a new enzyme is introduced that upgrades RPE cells with the ability to degrate A2E and other lipofuscin components.
