Ilya Sobolev

Ilya Sobolev was born in Krasnoyarsk. In 2005, he graduated from the Institute of Non-Ferrous Metals and Materials Science with a degree in Thermal Physics Engineer. At the same time he graduated from the faculty of acting and directing at the St. Petersburg Theater Academy. During his studies, he began to play in the KVN team "Left Bank", which in 2003 became the champion of the Premier League, and in 2004 got into the Major League.

After studying, Sobolev played in the St. Petersburg theater "Litsedei" and at the same time participated in various comedy projects: together with Roman Klyachkin, he performed in the duet "Beautiful" in the show "Laughter without rules", "Slaughter League". He was a participant in the Comedy Battle show. As part of the Ivanov, Smirnov, Sobolev trio, he became a resident of the Comedy Club. In 2017, he played in the TV series The Phantom of the Opera. Hosts the show "Prozharka", "Sing without rules."
