IMT Holdings Corp was established in 2007 to provide natural language processing (NLP) based products and related services to extract content and context from digitized documents and unstructured data, irrespective of the source language. The holding company is a qualified small business and an approved Government vendor. IMT Holdings Corp was the sole owner, and provider of centralized operational services, for its two wholly-owned subsidiaries, Rosoka Software, Inc. and IMT Solutions Corporation, both of which were formed in 2013.
