InEvent

InEvent is a company which offers a platform for enterprise event planning and management. It was founded by Mauricio Giordano, Pedro Góes, and Vinicius Neris in 2014. The company is headquartered in Mountain View, California, with additional offices in Tampa, Florida and São Paulo, Brazil.

InEvent provides several packages of its event management software, classified into five types: essential, basic, express, advanced, and full. The most expensive package provides access to the six services that InEvent offers: InEvent Start, InEvent Registration, InEvent Live App, InEvent Pass, InEvent Hospitality, and InEvent Compliance.

InEvent Start provides basic functions needed for event planning, such as event participant data, agenda, and schedule, as well as spreadsheet export and import, which can be of use to the enterprise team managing the event. InEvent Registration, on the other hand, offers functionality directed towards individuals who will be involved in the event as participants, guests, or speakers, with options such as invitations, websites, and RSVP notifications. InEvent Live App allows clients to use the platform during the event as a method to increase audience engagement, with features such as polling, gamification, and content sharing through the use of a mobile application. InEvent Pass is intended to be used to provide a more seamless registration experience for event attendees, while InEvent Hospitality is designed for easier travel and lodging management for the enterprise team. The final service provided by the platform, InEvent Compliance, tracks and manages information about budgets, team briefings, as well as task management functions.
