Founded in 1998, Initiative Capital has continued to work to financially support French small and medium enterprises and overcome their difficulties in accessing finance. They have worked with all forms of intervention within the framework of financial law and regulations. And their experience has confirmed for them the Temporary Redemption of Assets (RTA) as the optimal device allowing the joining of the interests of partners and investors by combining their objective of safeguarding employment.
The RTA, a model validated by the Prudential Control Authority of the Banque de France, consists in the repurchase of an asset from the client immediately followed by its rental. At the end of the rental, lasting less than five years, the property is sold at the purchase price.
Initiative Capital sees RTA as a way of financially support small and medium enterprises in France. Once Initiative Capital purchases an asset from the company, they hold the asset until the cost has been replenished with the option for the company to repurchase the asset.
