at the auction, Inmarko acquired a state-owned stake in a factory in Omsk. The factory needed modernization, the company used all its profits for this. Modernization was carried out by the same specialists from Denmark and Germany.
1996
in the village of Elite, Novosibirsk region, the first Inmarko factory with a capacity of 5 thousand tons appeared. The company was built by Danes from Frisco.

the company bought the first freezers in Denmark and moved the sale from trays to kiosks.

Inmarko began to import ice cream, imported waffle cones and popsicles from Poland, Denmark, England, Sweden, Spain, and cooperated with Koral, Augusto, ISCO, Menorquina, and Friederiks. But the basic assortment remained the Danish premium segment and the Polish economy class.

In Novosibirsk, six individuals, among whom were Vadim Lyubimtsev, Pavel Shutov and Andrey Odinets, founded an "Investment and Marketing Company" or Inmarko for short. At first, the owners of the company sold ice cream from the Novosibirsk refrigeration plant, later they connected other regional producers.
