Founded 2013 in Shanghai, China by Wanfeng Liu and Xiao Wang, it invests in series C rounds. Its portfolio companies include Genechem (China). As of June 2020, InnoSpring has invested in Genechem (China) on April 3, 2020. This investment in the Series C round of Genechem (China) was valued at CN¥400M. InnoSpring currently has operations in three countries, including United States (Santa Clara, Palo Alto, San Francisco), China (Shanghai, Kunshan, Nantong), and Germany (in construction). The company has deployed six innovation centers around the world to help companies develop globally.
