InnoVein is a medical device company that is headquartered in San Carlos, California and was founded by Austin Walker in 2015. The company is developing and manufacturing implantable prosthetic valves for veins designed to prevent the pooling of blood within legs. The company claims that over 10% of people suffering from faulty vein in the United States and Europe have no options for vein replacement, and that InnoVein's prosthetic vein valves are the worlds first vein replacement treatment option.
On March 23, 2016 InnoVein closed their seed funding round raising $120k from Y Combinator.
