Invercaria

Invercaria was a venture capital firm headquartered in Seville, Spain. It was founded in 2005. The company made investments in technology companies across the European Union.

In 2012, it was revealed that the company was suspected of embezzlement and fraudulent investment practices. It was charged with failing to properly analysis of the companies it invested in and making irregular indefinite loans to private individuals. These allegations surfaced from a former employee who claimed he was fired for failing to file false reports regarding the company's investments. In 2016, the company filed a series of lawsuits in an attempt to keep these allegations from surfacing.

In 2019, the company was charged with corruption and attempting to hide evidence during the previous investigation and became part of a larger investigation by the Money Laundering group of the Spanish National Police .
