Irkutsk State University

Irkutsk State University (ISU) is a public university located in Irkutsk, Russia. Also known as Иркутский государственный университет, it was founded in 1918 and is accredited by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation. The university's motto is "Intelligence, Humanism and Uniqueness".
