Ivan Yakubovsky (1911-1976) was a Soviet military officer and politician . He was born on December 25, 1911, in Horki District and held citizenship in the Soviet Union . Yakubovsky received education from the Military Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Russia and the United Belarusian Military School . Throughout his career, he occupied positions as a politician and officer in the armed forces . Yakubovsky died on November 30, 1976, in Moscow .
