Jason Boehmig is the CEO and founder of Ironclad. Boehmig founded Ironclad in September 2014 and has served as CEO ever since. The company provides a digital contracting platform for lawyers and legal teams.
Prior to Ironclad, Boehmig held positions at financial and law institutions. He began his career as an associate at Lehman Brothers from 2004-2008, working in their Fixed Income Division. After graduating from the University of Notre Dame Law School, Boehmig began work as a corporate attorney at Fenwick and West for their Startups & Venture Capital Practice in Mountain View, California. He held the role until August 2014 and then joined the University of Notre Dame as an Adjunct Professor of Law in December 2014 until January 2020.
Boehmig achieved his Bachelor's degree in Economics at Wake Forest University. He graduated magna cum laude from the Notre Dame Law School.
