Jay Ward (September 20, 1920 – October 12, 1989) was an animator, television producer, and screenwriter from the United States. Born in San Francisco, he later died in Los Angeles. Ward studied at the University of California, Berkeley, and later attended Harvard Business School.
Throughout his career, Ward contributed to the entertainment industry by founding Jay Ward Productions and creating popular animated series such as "The Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle and Friends".
