Jobox is a California based Artificial Intelligence company that provides home service marketplaces with an AI-based infrastructure to directly connect their customers with skilled trades professionals. The Jobox platform not only serves as an all-in-one workplace for skilled pros that eliminates paper-heavy processes, it allows Jobox to get a real-time view of the pro’s location, skills and availability to take a job. Jobox is leveraging the data to assign new jobs from nationwide demand partners to a single dedicated pro in a local market. It eliminates the need for the customer to choose and validate the pros themselves. By optimizing the pro’s workday, Jobox is able to dispatch jobs efficiently and create the ultimate experience on every side of the marketplace.
The platform also serves as a primary resource for home service marketplaces looking to launch or expand home services by providing a fast, reliable network of pros.
The Jobox app is available on the iOS and Android smartphones. Both apps are available for users in the United States. The app is free to all users.
Jobox lets companies focus on customer relationships by taking the overhead of the home service marketplace. It enables companies to connect their customers with the right local home service professional using proprietary algorithms and millions of data points. And they help them form a deeper and broader connection with their customers by letting them create more holistic purchasing journeys.
Jobox let pros manage their business all in one app. Message customers, create professional invoices, process payments, and get weekly automated settlements reports to make accounting easier. Depending on the pro's location and skillset, they can also get jobs for free and schedule their availability to only get jobs when they want them.
