John Gardner (1933-1982) was an American writer, novelist, and journalist. He was born in Batavia, New York, and held citizenship in the United States. Gardner received education from multiple institutions, including the University of Detroit Mercy, Washington University in St. Louis, and DePauw University. One of his notable works is "The Sunlight Dialogues".
Gardner's life came to a tragic end when he died in a motorcycle accident near Susquehanna River on September 14, 1982.
