John Zorn

John Zorn (born September 2, 1953) is an American composer, pianist, record producer, and musician. He was born in New York City and holds citizenship in the United States. Zorn's work spans various genres, including avant-garde jazz and jazz, within the music industry.

He was educated at the United Nations International School and later attended Webster University. Zorn is the founder and owner of Tzadik Records, an independent record label. In his career, he has also used the pseudonym Dekoboko Hajime.
