José Altafini

José Altafini, also known by the pseudonym Mazzola, was born on July 24, 1938 in Piracicaba, Brazil. He holds both Brazilian and Italian citizenship. Altafini is known for his work as a professional football player and has also worked as a color commentator and sports commentator.

Throughout his career, Altafini has received several awards for his performance on the field. He has been named to the Serie A Team of the Year and has been awarded the FIFA Club World Cup. Additionally, he has been the recipient of the Coppa Italia Top Scorer, Serie A Top Scorer, and European Cup Top Scorer titles. In recognition of his distinguished career, Altafini was also given the Golden Foot Legends Award.
