Julian (emperor), also known as Julian the Apostate, was a politician and philosopher from Ancient Rome. He was born in Constantinople in 331 to Julius Constantius and Basilina. Julian was married to Helena, the wife of Julian.
In addition to his political career, Julian was an author and is known for writing the works Misopogon and Against the Galilaeans. Julian died on June 26, 363 in Mesopotamia.
