The process flow group includes several major plants involved in truck making business. The following operations are located on the industrial site in Naberezhnye Chelny: Foundry and Forge Plant, Engine Plant, Press and Stamping Plant, Truck Assembly Plant, Repair and Tool Making Plant, Master Industrial Park. Major subsidiaries situated outside Naberezhnye Chelny are NEFAZ PTC and TZA PTC (Republic of Bashkortostan).

In total, 44,136 units were produced in 2021, which is by 18% more than in 2020 (37,345 units). In January 2022, 3,406 vehicle sets were made (+117 to the business plan, 1,843 units for the same period last year).
Also, in 2021, 47,949 engines and power units were manufactured (40,848 units, +17% year-over-year). In January 2022, 3,726 engines and power units were produced and delivered to the truck assembly plant and other customers (+81 units to the planned figure, 2,226 units for the same period last year).
For 2021, spare parts were delivered to the sum of 30.7 billion rubles (25.04 billion rubles, +22.6% in 2020), and, in January 2022, to the sum of more than 1.79 billion roubles (+184 million roubles to the planned figure, 1.4 billion roubles for the same period last year).
KAMAZ Group received high financial results for six months of 2021 (according to IFRS). The consolidated revenue of KAMAZ PTC reached 118,853 million rubles, which is 40% higher than last year. The company's net profit amounted to RUB 3,969 million (+3,937 million rubles y-o-y). EBITDA for the reporting period increased 1.8 times and amounted to RUB 10,996 million (6 months of 2020: RUB 6,062 million).
The growth driver is an increase in truck sales by 45%, compared to the first six months of 2020. Revenue fr om truck sales for the first half of 2021 was received in the amount of 77,837 million rubles, a y-o-y increase made 60%.
The segment of buses, electric buses and special equipment showed a significant growth in sales (+47% to last year's figures).
According to preliminary data, for 11 months of 2021 KAMAZ gained 234.7 billion rubles, EBITDA amounted to 19.3 billion rubles – this is plus 24% to the business plan and plus 48% to the level of 2020.
The market capitalization of the company as of the beginning of December is 71.5 billion rubles, which is a result KAMAZ Group's record financial indicators over the past few years in 2020 and the 1st half of 2021.
KAMAZ PTC is still the top producer of trucks with GVW exceeding 14 tonnes, winning 47% of this market. At the same time, the share of tractors sold under the KAMAZ brand today exceeds 30%. The share grew thanks to the launch of the K4 and the latest K5 generation models.e
