Ken Olsen (born February 20, 1926 in Bridgeport, Connecticut) was an American computer scientist who held citizenship in the United States. He received his education from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). As an entrepreneur, Ken Olsen was the founder of Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC), a company where he also served as the CEO. He passed away on February 6, 2011, in Indianapolis.
