Vitaliy Oleksandrovych Kim (born March 13, 1981 in Mykolaiv, Ukrainian SSR, USSR) is a Ukrainian businessman and politician of Korean descent. From November 25, 2020 - the chairman of the Nikolaev regional state administration.
