Kosen Labs is an Artificial Intelligence company that develops AI applications for Web3 and the blockchain. The company was founded in October 2021 by Miljan Martic and Peter Toth, both former researchers and engineers at Google DeepMind. Kosen Labs aims to make AI apps and technology more accessible to the general public through blockchains (such as Ethereum) and the emerging Web3 ecosystem, a decentralized version of the internet built upon the blockchain that has been proposed. For its inaugural projects, Kosen Labs is focused on providing solutions for active liquidity provision (ALP) on next-generation automated market makers (AMM) such as Uniswap v3 and Sushiswap Trident.The company has also created a native token for its Kosen protocol, KOSN, that will primarily be used for protocol governance.
As of 2021, Kosen Labs has participated in one funding round. The company raised a $5 million seed round on November 16, 2021. The round was led by Andreessen Horowitz, with major participation by Framework Ventures and Kosen Labs' other partners Protocol Labs, Formless Capital and Daedalus.
