Lattice offers six products that companies can subscribe to on a per-person, per-month basis. The products are Performance, Engagement, Analytics, OKRs & Goals, Grow, and Compensation.
Lattice was founded in 2015 by its CEO, Jack Altman, and Eric Koslow, a board member of the company. Koslow helped build the company and moved into his board position in May 2022. Lattice was part of Y Combinator's Winter 2016 Batch.
