Learn to Win is an advanced microlearning platform that works to teach faster and more effectively, transforming current training material into an interactive learning experience backed by cognitive science research.
Learn to Win's platform offers lessons in interactive, three-to-five minute video and photo-driven format on mobile devices for user-friendly learning. The platform features web templates to help instructors design interactive lessons and a dynamic analytics dashboard to provide insight into learners' performance to allow instructors to change or continue teaching as needed. The platform is template-based and intended to be adaptable across industries, with early partnerships with the Carolina Panthers, the Pittsburgh Penguins, the US Department of Defense, and first responders.
For use in athletic organizations, such as collegiate football and professional sporting franchises, Learn to Win works to transform scouting reports and team materials from large paper binders and long video meetings into interactive training material intended to reduce mental mistakes and help coaches catch mistakes before they happen.
Players can learn a playbook on a platform, which works better for them and allows coaches to communicate directly what players should know. It can include quizzes for coaches to better understand what players know and what they do not, and to focus on addressing those gaps in player knowledge.
Learn to Win also offers an integration with Pro Quick Draw, a plug-in that allows football coaches to edit and organize playbooks, scout cards, and presentations. The integration allows coaches to upload the content in Pro Quick Draw to their Learn to Win content library.
Learn to Win offers a platform for developing and authoring for businesses to create relevant, interactive, mobile-first training for business challenges. The platform allows users to use a preferred platform, offers rapid onboarding for employees to get on the Learn to Win platform and reduce the need for in-person onboarding. Through the platform, employers can deliver team development and continuation training for employees. And employers can offer safety protocols for their employees through the platform for employees to quickly reference safety guidelines.
Learn to Win has worked with enterprises in the manufacturing, energy, healthcare, retail, transportation, and first responders industries in the development and delivery of the Learn to Win platform for enterprises.
Learn To Win offers a partnership with Clarion Events Fire & Rescue Group to develop Fire Drills, which works to use the Learn to Win platform tailored for fire response units. The platform has taken Firefight I and II manuals, produced by Fire Engineering Books & Videos, and developed them for the Fire Drills platform.
The platform is similar, offering training accessed from anywhere as need, and with training topics able to be selected to coincide with a departments upcoming drills. And both teachers and learners can get feedback on their progress through integrated quizzes after each section of learning. Drills offered through the participation include:

Learn to Win offers their platform to the defense industry, including content delivery, knowledge assessment, user management, and data analysis to bring digital training for the defense industry and automate parts of the training process. As in the platforms offering for other sectors, the platform offers content creation for training to be tailored based on the instructor's need, and for defense-specific training, a unit level training development. Learn to Win also offers learning and performance analytics to enable commands to identify training gaps and to ensure no part of training is missed. The platform is designed to offer options for the entire training life-cycle, from course prerequisites to schoolhouse training, and for continuing education.
