Lenster

Built with Lens Protocol, Lenster is a composable, decentralized, and permissionless social media web application. It is Lens’Lens’s inaugural Web3 social experience that acts as the full-featured way to utilize Lens Protocol to interact with social graphs. It functions like Twitter in layout and execution, and possesses additional support for different kinds of NFTs.

The open-source, decentralized social media web app lives in the Polygon network, allowing users to interact with the decentralized app. Content cannot be taken down from the app, even by the admins. Users are not required to provide personal information except theira username and wallet address. Lenster or theThe Lens Protocol team dodoes not moderate posts, and every post is public.

In Lenster, users need to pay gas for everything. It is hosted in a decentraliseddecentralized chain and decentraliseddecentralized file storage system, IPFS. It uses Next.js for frontendfront-end framework, and Tailwind for design utils. It is Lens's official Indexer for API and was formerly hosted in Vercel.
