Leo Esaki is a Japanese physicist, born on March 12, 1925, in Osaka, Japan. Holding the country of citizenship in Japan, Esaki is known for his notable occupation as a physicist. He is highly educated, having studied at the University of Tokyo and Kyoto University. Esaki was awarded the 1973 Nobel Prize in Physics for his contributions to the field of physics.
