Les Crane (born March 12, 1933) was an American who wore many hats during his lifetime. Born in New York City, he was a citizen of the United States. He pursued his education at Tulane University.
Over the years, Crane held several occupations such as actor, officer in the armed forces, television presenter, radio personality, disc jockey, and aircraft pilot. He was the father of Caprice Crane.
Les Crane received a Grammy Award for Best Spoken Word Album. He passed away on July 13, 2008, in Greenbrae, California.
