LSAN was founded with the understanding that to help their portfolio companies succeed they need to provide them with funding, operational support and an access to a network of healthcare investors, key opinion leaders, corporate players and other entrepreneurs. LSAN's goals as an investor are to discover and evaluate early stage opportunities, which they then work to fund, mentor and provide operational support to build a larger life sciences entrepreneurial ecosystem in New York City by educating entrepreneurs.
