Lisa Dyson is an American entrepreneur, scientist, and the CEO of Air Protein and Kiverdi.
In 2019 Lisa Dyson became the CEO of Air Protein, a company developing food products using are-based protein made through proprietary probiotic production methods which can create protein sources from air.
In 2001 Lisa Dyson became the CEO of Kiverdi, a company working to develop biotechnologies and microbes that can remove carbon dioxide from the environment and turn it into proteins, oils, nutrients, and other bio-based products.
Lisa Dyson received an bachelor's degree in mathematics and physics from Brandeis University, a master of science degree in physics from the University of London, a PhD in physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and did a postdoctoral fellowship in physics at the US Department of Energy at Lawrence Berkely Laboratories.
On August 24, 2016 Lisa Dyson gave a TED Talk titled "A forgotten Space Age technology could change how we grow food".
