Through Lleida.net, SMS messages and emails can be used as legally binding documents. Lleida.net was founded in 1995 by CEO and Chairman Sisco Sapena. Originally intended to offer internet access, in 2005 Lleida.net changed the direction of their business and obtained authorization from the Comisión del Mercado de las Telecomunicaciones to offer services as a telecom operator. They began providing services as an SMS operator. And, through monitoring of their clients' needs, they continued to innovate and develop registered electronic communications to offer SMS and emails as legally binding documents. Lleida.net's registered email offers legal proof of the content of the message, the exact time the email is sent to the user's handset, and the delivery receipt. They offer legal security to electronic communications without new tools or new protocols which can be sent as a regular email. Their registered email service can be as easy as CC'ing their registered email address.
Part of the registered email service is an issued certificate including the date and time, sender's IP address, delivery time, recipient's IP address, the sender's and recipient's details, and the contents of the email, including the attachments, all with time stamps. The registered email service includes their Click & Sign service, offering digital contract and documentary evidence of the receipt of the email and signing of the contract.
Registered SMS offers the same service as Lleida.net's registered email service. The service offers legal proof of the message content, the sent time and receipt time of the SMS, providing legal documentary evidence to communications. The Registered SMS services has a maximum length of 612 characters. SMS messages can include contracts, access to their Click & Sign contracting platform, and offers multiple phone number and email validations.
Their registered SMS service includes the same certificate as the registered email service. This includes contract signing through their registered SMS service, offering similar documentary evidence of the receipt and signing of a contract as the registered email service offers.
Lleida.net's registered invoice service works with their registered email service, legally providing the invoice and delivery receipt.
Lleida.net's registered inbox provides users of their registered email and SMS services an inbox certifying incoming messages, including attachments, and sending the certificate to the sender. Through the registered inbox, users customers or clients will receive proof their message sent.
Lleida.net's Openum service works with their registered email service. It allows users to know when a registered email has been received, when it has been opened, and will also notify users when a link or attached document has been opened. Through Openum, Lleida.net provides a digitally signed and time stamped certificate for the moment the email and attachment was opened.
Lleida.net's Click & Sign service offers online contracting and document signing. Through Click & Sign, sending a document to be signed is easier and faster than sending it in paper with the same legal and probative force. The contracts can be sent through Lleida.net's registered email as an attachment through which the receiver of the email and contract can sign the contract. The service includes documentary evidence of the process of send and receive and confirmation of the signed contract.
Lleida.net's eKYC Onboarding offers a platform for remote identification by videoconferencing for the onboarding processes. Their eKYC Onboarding is intended for use in the financial sector. And as such, the platform is in compliance with the non-presence identification procedures issued on February 12, 2016 by the Spanish Regulation on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing.
Their eKYC suite of services allow users to analyze national ID cards, passports, and driver's licenses from over 60 countries.
Through eKYC Video, users connect to the platform to start a video conference from any device without need to download any applications. Onboarding can take under a minute using the videoconferencing to verify a user's identity. They also provide documentary evidence for the compliance of regulations and the verification of a user's identity. Lleida.net's eKYC Docs offers users validation of ID's, passports and driver's licenses to help avoid fraud. The service checks the validity of the provided identification document, and the integrity of the document through analysis of the MRZ lines. Documents expiration dates are cross-checked. And the provided identification document is compared to other document data. The extracted data is then classified and sent to the original user requesting the identification. The service includes certificates of the documentary evidence.
eKYC Photo service uses a client's selfie to compare to their photo ID. This includes verification of the identification documents integrity, but returns a percentage of consistency between the documents photo and the selfie photo provided. Their eKYC Photo uses biometric analysis and facial recognition technology to compare the two images. The service's report offers the data extracted from the document, the images taken, and the validation results.
Lleida.net offers SMS services for marketing compaigns. The service allows users to reach customers through text messaging, offering what they feel is a less intrusive way to reach customers, and providing a higher conversion rate. Through their telecommunications services, Lleida.net's network covers more than 1,500 international network operators and guarantee the delivery of SMS messages. Lleida.net offers an SMS-based 2-Factor Authentication providing users two authentication factors to verify themselves. Through the service, a one-time password (OTP) is randomly generated and available upon request through SMS. The service also allows users to have an expiration time on the OTP, a maximum number of attempts, a configurable OTP format, configurable language of documentary evidence (provided through their registered SMS service), and configurable factors around the sender of the SMS, the company name, and VAT number.
