Lon Chaney

Lon Chaney, also known as Lon Chaney Sr. or Alonzo Chaney, was born on April 1, 1883, in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He was a citizen of the United States and held various occupations during his lifetime. Chaney was an actor, film director, screenwriter, and make-up artist.

He is well-known for his work in the horror film genre. Lon Chaney passed away on August 26, 1930, in Los Angeles. He was the father of Lon Chaney Jr., who also became an actor.
