Loric Ventures is a venture capital and private equity firm investing in early-stage financial technology and real estate technology companies that is headquartered in London, England and was founded in 2018 by Ricardo Shaefer. The firm primarily focuses its investments in European companies but will make some investments outside of Europe.

Loric Ventures focuses on real estate companies offering "Space-as-a-Service" such as companies offering co-working, co-living, and short-term rentals.
