Lou Paglia

Lou is President of Sterling, and initially joined in October 2015 as Chief Innovation Officer. A product, operations, and general management executive with significant experience in web, data, and technology, Lou previously held executive roles at multinational companies including MTV Networks, a division of Viacom, and Factiva, a joint venture between Dow Jones and Reuters, as well as at start-ups like Jirafe, SnagAJob.com, and About.com. Lou holds an MBA from MIT's Sloan School of Management, and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Computer Information Systems from James Madison University.
