Lucille Roybal-Allard

Lucille Elsa Roybal-Allard (born June 12, 1941) is an American politician serving as the U.S. representative for California's 40th congressional district since 2013. A member of the Democratic Party, she first entered Congress in 1993. Her district, numbered as the 33rd until 2003 and then the 34th, includes much of southern Los Angeles.
