Lukka, formerly Libra is, a blockchain and cryptocurrency development company headquartered in New York City, New York that was founded by Jake Benson in 2014. The company is developing blockchain-based business solutions for investment funds, administrators, trading firms, exchanges and accounting firms. Key products include Libra Crypto Office and Libra Blockchain Audit Tools. These blockchain-based software tools are aimed towards optimizing and automating procedures for reporting, reconciliation, controls, and compliance.

On October 10, 2014 Lukka completed their seed funding round with $500,000 in funding from Liberty City Ventures (lead investor), CrossCoin Ventures, James Pallotta, and Ben Davenport.

On November 27, 2017 Lukka closed their series A funding round with $7.8 million in funding from XBTO Group, Liberty City Ventures, and Lee Linden.

On August 7, 2018 Lukka closed their series B funding round with $15 million in funding from Liberty City Ventures.
