Lydia Finance is a decentralized exchange (DEX) operating in the Avalanche network. The exchange is an automated market maker ("AMM"), which allows the exchange of two tokens in the Avalanche network. In addition, users can earn LYD tokens by farming, as well as by using Electrum pools.
Centralized exchanges (CEX) require users to trust them with their assets in order to manipulate them, but as we know this is not good and safe.
Decentralized exchanges, which Lydia Finance is, do not require users to transfer assets to their accounts to manipulate them, the interaction with DEX is done through a cryptocurrency wallet.
