Mary Stuart, Countess of Bute (born 19 January 1718, Istanbul, Ottoman Empire) was a politician and a citizen of the Kingdom of Great Britain. She was the daughter of diplomat Edward Wortley Montagu and gave birth to two notable children: James Stuart-Wortley-Mackenzie and John Stuart, 1st Marquess of Bute. Mary Stuart, Countess of Bute, passed away on 6 November 1794 in London, England.
