Mary of Modena (born October 5, 1658), was the queen consort to James II of England and held citizenship in the Kingdom of Great Britain. She was originally from Modena, Italy, and is recognized as an historical figure as a person.
Throughout her life, Mary carried out the duties of a queen consort, supporting her husband James II. She eventually passed away in Saint-Germain-en-Laye, France, on May 7, 1718.
