Meusinvest, also known as Noshaq, is a venture capital firm in Belgium that provides financing and other services to businesses. Founded 1985 in Liege, Belgium, it invests in seed and early stage ventures. It usually invests in seed rounds, Series A, Series B, Series D and venture rounds. Its portfolio companies include MyCellHub, Osivax, CryoTherapeutics, Imcyse, Phasya, Magnisense, Miracor Medical, Onoff Telecom, Convert Pharmaceuticals and Soundbops.

Noshaq Group prefers to support small and medium enterprises in the province of Liege at any stage which generate jobs and promote social cohesion. It also prefers to have a Noshaq representative on the board of its portfolio businesses.
